Catering - Macario's offers catering throughout the Coachella Valley.

Buffet / Table Service - Macario's offers full-service catering, either buffet style or table service with wait staff or food can be packaged-for-take-out.
Caterer - Contact Macario's Catering Manager - Gabriel, for suggested menu items that can be delivered to your event temperature perfect and in a timely manner.
Catered Events - Business luncheons & dinners, family get-togethers, weddings, wakes / funerals, parties, Quinceanera, Christmas parties and other special occasions... We have catered events as large as 300 people.
Popular Catered Menu Items

Fajitas - Marinated steak or chicken breast, grilled with bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, carrots and zucchini. Served with guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream.
Steak Ranchero - Steak slices cooked with potatoes, bell peppers simmering in our own special Ranchero sauce. Served with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, pico de gallo, homemade flour tortillas and homemade chips.
Chile Colorado Dinner - A beefsteak cut in thin slices with a delicious red sauce. Served with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, pico de gallo, homemade flour tortillas and homemade chips.
Chile Verde - Chunks of lean pork sauteed with tomatillos, onions, green Chile and a touch of garlic, in a mild tomatillo sauce. Served with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, pico de gallo, homemade flour tortillas and homemade chips.
Flautas - Crispy rolled corn tortillas stuffed with your choice of shredded steak or chicken and topped with melted cheese. Served with guacamole and sour cream.
Homemade Tamales - A traditional Mexican favorite dish of steamed cornmeal and your choice of beef or pork wrapped in a cornhusk. Served with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, pico de gallo, homemade flour tortillas and homemade chips.
Enchiladas Especiales - Soft corn tortillas filled with steak, chicken, carnitas or cheese, covered in a mouth-watering homemade enchilada sauce. Served with guacamole, sour cream, salsa, pico de gallo, homemade flour tortillas and homemade chips.
Utensils - Plates, plasticware and napkins are included with all of the menu items.
Carnitas - Tender marinated pork, roasted with authentic spices and fresh orange slices. Served with guacamole, pico de gallo and lemon wedges.
